Not totally in love with your purchase? Don’t worry! Our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to return your item(s) and keep shopping for more amazing finds!
How do I return?
Every U.S. package we send out comes with an invoice and a return label—you’ll need these to send any of your purchases back. Please note that all sale items, jewelry and body suits are final sale and do not qualify for returns. For other items, make sure all the original tags are attached and footwear is kept in its original shoebox.
When everything is set, completing the return is insanely easy! Mark either “return” or “store credit” on your invoice, then enclose it along with your merchandise. Stick the return label outside of the package, take it to your nearest UPS drop-off location and—voilà—they’re on their way!
How long do I have to return my purchase?
Just in case you change your mind, we give both U.S. and international customers up to 14 business days from the delivery date to return qualified unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise for a refund and up to 21 days for a store credit.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Luckily, you’re free to take advantage of our all-star return policy and use your refund or store credit to make another hot buy.
If you’re already eyeing another Kosmios item and have opted for store credit, you’ll receive the credit as an e-gift card delivered to the email address you used to make your original purchase. This way, you can get back to shopping in a flash!
Do I have to pay for my return?
U.S. Returns: No way! Your Kosmios package includes a return label, so we’ve got you covered. However, keep in mind when your refund or store credit are being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.
International Returns: Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund for the cost of the item. You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and shipping charges associated with both the original purchase and return.
