Orders $100 and over are eligible for free shipping which is the USPS Priority Mail Shipping unless another shipping method is chosen. Orders $200 and above will require a signature confirmation. After your payment is authorized and verified, processing time could take up to 24 hrs. Weekends and holidays are not included in the shipping time frame.
If our verification team needs additional information your order may be delayed 1 to 2 business days. If additional information is required for further verification you will be contacted via email or phone. Please enlist a valid phone number so that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. Please check your email if your order has not been processed within 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) for any reason, there will be a $8 return shipment fee that is applied for domestic orders. (Return shipment cost may very on international shipments) Signature may be required upon delivery.

PO BOX AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories, these orders will be shipped via USPS.
The number of shipping items to APO/FPO/US territory address cannot exceed 5 if using 2976 customs form.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
All shoe orders are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and neatly placed in a protective sturdy box. Shoe Boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the Customer Order Notes provided at checkout. There will be an up charge of an additional $7 for all shoe box request.
Any item marked Preorder in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship on or about the given ship date in the preorders description.

CAN MY PACKAGE BE REROUTED?
In order to avoid shipping errors we can not under any circumstances manually input addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. However, if an address error has been made please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. By taking this action will avoid the possibility of you not receiving your order. * Note: We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the wrong address.
