Return Policy & Procedures
If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please send it back to our distribution center within 10 days of delivery date for a refund and within 30 days of delivery date for a store credit with a filled out returns form located on the back of your package. Products ending in $.75 are eligible for Store Credits while items ending in $.50 are Final Sale and can not be returned.
There is a $5.99 restocking fee for returns totaling $100 and over.
Due to our items being highly demanded we do not offer exchanges. We recommend that our clients purchase the size or color of the item(s) they desire, prior to sending the original return back. This will increase your chances of getting your desired size(s)/color(s). Please make sure you send your return back within 10 days to receive a refund on your item(s). Items ending in $.75 are not eligible for a refund but is eligible for a store credit. Items ending in $.50 are not eligible for a return.
Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card that can be immediately used when issued. Please allow up 8 business days for your return to be processed. The actual refund can take between 3-5 business thereafter days to be debited in your account depending on your banking institution.
All returns must be odor free, unworn, not laundered, free from any stains (makeup, deodorant, body fluids or wear), be in original packaging and have the original tags attached.
After Pay Purchases: If your item is eligible for a refund, once the refund is processed, After Pay will discontinue debiting funds from your account if their is an active balance. For items that are only eligible for a store credit, a store credit for the amount of the item will be issued; After Pay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your After Pay balance is paid in full.
Mailing Tip: We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Kosmios will not be able to fulfill your return.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable. We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
Regular Sale Items
Merchandise that ends with $.75 are regular sale items and can be returned for a store credit only.
Final Sale Items
Merchandise marked Final Sale on www.shopkosmios.com and or ends with $.50 is a final sale item and cannot be returned. Additionally, bodysuits, handbags, jewelry, passport covers, and sunglasses are all final sale and are not eligible for returns.
We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.
Online purchses can not be returned or exchanged in stores

If an item is returned after 30 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, you have 30 days to pay an invoice for return shipment fees. In the case that these fees are not paid your item(s) will be deemed as abandoned and will be discarded immediately. For non-qualified returns with multiple items, the reshipment fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Kosmios reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.shopkosmios.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
