My Order Will Not Go Through. What Should I Do?
If you’re receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

Please only click the “Complete Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

If you continue to receive error messages, please contact your card provider.

How Can I Cancel or Change Something In My Order?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes (including shipping address and shipping method). Upon completing your order, please review your item(s) and size(s). Additionally, make sure your address and contact information is accurate. Lost packages due to wrong information provided is not our responsibility and will not be refunded.

 

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

 How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends). You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. 

 

Do I Have To Pay To Return My Order?

Yes. You will be responsible for covering any shipping expenses for your return. 

 

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Processing times may vary if your order contains a PRE-ORDER item. If your order is processed after package pick-up hours, it will be shipped the following business day. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.



Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided in your order. In the occasion that you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@shopkosmios.com to your safe sender list.

Will I Have To Pay International Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Kosmios cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. 

 

Can I Return An Item Past The Return Date?

I Have An Online Store Credit. How Do I Use It?

At checkout page, there is a box to insert discounts or Gift Cards. Type in the Gift Card code and press enter.

 

Can I Use Discount Codes On Sale Items or Pre-Orders?

Currently, you can not use your new customer code or any discount code on sale items or Pre-Orders but feel free to use your code on non-sale in stock items. The code must be entered in CAPITAL LETTERS and without spaces.

 

Can I Combine Discount Codes Or Promotions

Great question! At this time promotion codes or discount codes can not be combined. 

 

Can A Current  Discount Code Be Applied To A Previous Order? 

Discount codes must be applied at the time of check out. Kosmios does not apply any discounts to previously made orders. 

 

How Will I Be Refunded?

Your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment used for the order. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 business days from the date you receive a refund notification.

PAYPAL/AFTERPAY/SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS  If you paid using an online payment service, we will refund the balance to your account.

GIFT CARD  If payment was made with a store gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original Kosmios eGift card.

If your refund does not appear to your account within the allotted time, it is advised to contact your financial institution regarding your refund status.

 

 Do You Offer Wholesale?

We do not at the current moment. We do not authorize the use of our images nor the reselling of our products. We ask that all Kosmios purchases be made on www.shopkosmios.com

 

Kosmios strive to accurately measure and photograph products, but variations may occur due to the nature of the products.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products we carry and that appear on the website, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation.

Sizes

Measurements of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are manually measured when laid down flat. The actual size may vary. In some dyeing processes, fabrics may shrink or expand, making it difficult to precisely control the final size of each garment. Please allow 0.4"-1" length difference due to manual measurement. 

Color

Due to variations in monitors and lighting on phone/tablet/computer screens, the color in the image may appear slightly different. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different fabric. Additionally, different products with the same color name may not match exactly.

Different brands may use the same name of the color for a different shade or hue.
