I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?
To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed. Upon completing your order please review your item(s) and size(s). Additionally make sure your address and contact information is accurate. Lost packages due to wrong information provided is not our responsibility and will not be refunded.

What Is A Pre-order? And How Does It Work?
A pre-order item allows the customer to purchase the item in advance. This does not mean that we have the item(s) in stock. If there is a date posted in the description box, that is the expected date the pre-order item will arrive. Pre-orders are generally processed within 24 hours of the estimated ship date. If other non-preorder items are included with your order, your entire order will be shipped on the estimated ship date. We DO NOT ship the available item(s) separately (unless you want to pay for additional shipping costs.)
Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 8 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Do I Have To Pay To Return My Order?
Yes! Yes! You will be responsible for covering any shipping expenses for your return.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and email@example.com to your safe sender list.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
If you received a cancellation email, its due to the item you ordered not being in stock at the time of your purchase. This is super rare. In the least likely case that this will happen to you, you will receive a cancellation email followed by a refund. If your order had other items, your order will be modified and the remainder of your items will be shipped
Will I Have To Pay International Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Kosmios cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Kosmios, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kosmios. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Can I Return An Item Past The Return Date?
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns outside of the designated return date. If you already sent the item back you will be invoiced for the cost of the return label and also the amount for shipping the item(s) back to you.
I Have An Online Store Credit. How Do I Use It?
At checkout page there is a box to insert discounts or Gift Cards. Type in the Gift Card code and press enter.
Do You Have Any Store Locations?
Yes! Our showroom is located at 5151 Mitchelldale street suite a-1 Houston Texas 77092. (Currently our showroom is closed and the reopening date is TBA)
Can I Use Discount Codes On Sale Items?
Unfortunately you can not use your new customer code on sale items but feel free to use your code on another non sale product.
Can I Combine Discount Codes Or Promotions
Great question unfortunately at this time promotion codes or discount codes can not be combined.
Can A Current Discount Code Be Applied To A Previous Order?
Discount codes must be applied at the time of check out. Kosmios does not apply any discounts to previously made orders.
Do You Offer Wholesale?
We do not at the current moment. We do not authorize the use of our images nor the reselling of our products. We ask that all Kosmios purchases be made on www.shopkosmios.com
